Malware Removal

Time is money and no one has enough. That’s why at CP@SS we charge only $59 for the first hour and then $42 per hour (billed in 10 min. increments) for hourly services.

The average home service call takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Additional time may be required if there are complex issues to fix. Onsite technicians may negotiate a fixed rate if the computer can be returned to our shop to avoid excessive onsite hours.

Back-up $89.00/Harddrive

A backup will be made of your entire hard-drive(s) and externally stored for you up to one year. Price includes one (1) restore of backup with in that time. If you would like to keep a CD copy of your backup locally there is an additional cost of $9.00/CD

Network Install $69.00

You bought a new computer need to get it online also? The Network Install provides the installation of your router and connecting one (1) PC to the Internet. Each additional device costs $29.00
